Yes. Signing up gives you 60 minutes of transcription, granted once — enough to try everything Notteka does. No cost, no commitment.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, unlocking new features and higher limits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you can continue using paid features until then.

Paid plans do not roll over — unused minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and are refilled to your plan's quota. The free allowance is a one-time 60 minutes, so rollover does not apply.

If you haven't used the service, you can request a refund within 3 days of payment, subject to a 5% processing fee. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Your subscription is tied to your account, not a specific device. You can use Notteka on your phone, computer, and the same quota is shared across all devices.

Notteka creates transcripts, summaries, and mind maps immediately after your recording ends. If you prefer, you can also turn off these features and generate them manually, letting AI extract key points and action items when you decide.

Notteka supports real-time transcription in 5 languages — Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English and Japanese — plus post-meeting translation in over 20 languages.
